Itanagar, Nov 28: State Chief Secretary Manish Kumar Gupta on Friday participated in the Audit Run organised by the Office of the Accountant General, Itanagar, as part of Audit Week 2025.
The run was held from Bank Tinali to Mowb-II and witnessed the participation of officials, professionals and members of the public.
More than a fitness activity, the Audit Run aimed to strengthen awareness about accountability, transparency and responsible governance. By bringing together citizens and institutions on a common platform, the initiative highlighted that integrity in public systems is a shared responsibility.
The Chief Secretary lauded the efforts of the Office of the Accountant General for organising the event and said such initiatives play an important role in building a culture of good governance and public trust.
