AVP wraps up three-day general meeting on a positive note

ITANAGAR, Feb 10: The Arunachal Vikas Parishad (AVP) concluded its three-day general meeting at its premises here on Sunday on a positive note, marking an important milestone in the organization’s journey of social and developmental initiatives in the State.

At the inaugural session, AVP president Techi Gubin was warmly felicitated by the members and workers of the Vikas Parishad on being conferred the prestigious Padma Shri Award.

The house applauded Gubin’s invaluable and immeasurable contributions to social service, organizational strengthening, and community development, acknowledging his dedication and visionary leadership.

The State Managing Committee convened a detailed meeting on Saturday to deliberate on organizational planning, review of ongoing activities, and future strategies. The discussions focused on strengthening grassroots outreach, improving coordination among district units, and enhancing the effectiveness of AVP’s programmes aligned with its core objectives.

Constructive suggestions and recommendations were put forth to ensure sustained growth and impact.

The third and concluding saw the AVP holding its annual general meeting at the Arunachal Vikas Parishad Bhawan here on Saturday.
