IDA-APSB-hosted event coincides with National Dentist Day

ITANAGAR, Mar 6: The Indian Dental Association Arunachal Pradesh State Branch (IDA-APSB) conducted its 9th annual State dental conference cum general body meeting at the Golden Jubilee Banquet Hall here today, which coincided with the National Dentist Day.

Graced by Jt Secretary Administrative Reforms & Training Dr Mari Angu (chief guest) and Director Medical Education Dr Hage Ambing (guest of honour), the program started with the inauguration of exhibition stalls by different dental & medical companies.

The chief guest, in his speech, stressed on quality service both in government and private sectors. He lauded the recent advances in Dental treatment and technological orientations.

About 125 Dental Surgeons attended the conference.

Speakers from various dental disciplines deliberated mostly on recent development and advancement in dentistry. Some of them stressed on rational diagnosis and treatment protocols of oral diseases, especially oral cancers and maxillofacial trauma.
