NAMSAI, Mar 19: Acting on multiple complaints from residents, Namsai Police has initiated action against the use of modified bike silencers causing noise pollution and public nuisance in the area.
During an enforcement drive, a police team apprehended one individual for using a modified silencer in violation of prescribed norms. Necessary legal action has been initiated.
