PASIGHAT, Mar 31: The Mission APSSB 2026, sponsored by Pasighat West MLA Ninong Ering, was launched on Tuesday with the aim of strengthening career opportunities for local youth.
Under the educational scholarship initiative, a total of 140 APSSB aspirants from the Pasighat West assembly constituency have been selected for an intensive preparation programme.
The initiative includes a 45-day crash course along with one month of physical training, designed to equip candidates for upcoming examinations conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board (APSSB).
Of the selected candidates, 100 aspirants have commenced classes at Ignite Institute in Pasighat, while the remaining 40 students have enrolled at Learning Point in Itanagar for coaching.
The programme builds on the success of Mission APSSB 2025, under which 20 aspirants secured government jobs through APSSB examinations, significantly boosting confidence among local youth.
Since assuming office in 2019, Ering has consistently supported such educational initiatives, sponsoring coaching and scholarship programmes for competitive examinations, including UPSC, APCS, and APSSB. These efforts have benefited a large number of aspirants and contributed to increased participation of local youth in government services.
With the launch of Mission APSSB 2026, expectations remain high as the programme continues its mission of guiding and empowering the next generation towards stable and meaningful careers.
