YINGKIONG, Apr 11: With a view to inspire young minds towards a career in the Indian Army and instilling the core values of leadership, discipline, integrity and selfless service, a motivational session was conducted by troops of Spearhead Division of Spear corps under ‘Project Navbharat’ at Sainik School, East Siang (SSES) for students of Classes IX to XII.
During the session, officers of the Division interacted closely with the students and provided insights into the life of a soldier, ethos of the Indian Army and diverse opportunities available for youth aspiring to join the Armed Forces.
The interaction was highly engaging, with students actively participating, asking questions and expressing keen interest in serving the Nation.
The initiative is part of the Indian Army’s continued outreach to motivate and guide the youth towards nation building and a life of purpose through service in uniform. The session concluded on an encouraging note, with students displaying enthusiasm and a strong sense of pride towards the Armed Forces.
