ITANAGAR, Apr 2: The Zonal General Hospital, Bomdila, West Kameng, conducted AB PM-JAY beneficiary verification drive at Ditchik Village under Nafra circle in Bichom district.
The drive placed special emphasis on awareness to senior citizens aged 70 years and above, ensuring their inclusion irrespective of socio-economic status.
The verification and enrollment drive was carried out by the District Programme Coordinator along with Arogya Mitras of the State Health Agency (AB PM-JAY & CMAAY), under the guidance of Gram Panchayat Chairperson Longvu Khangriju.
During the drive, around 50 beneficiaries were enrolled under AB PM-JAY and Vay Vandana Scheme. The initiative received a positive response from the locals, particularly the elderly population, who appreciated the doorstep facilitation and awareness support.
