PASIGHAT, May 27: As part of the lead-up activities to the 12th International Yoga Day which falls on June 21, the Spearhead Division under Spear Corps conducted an energizing Yoga session at Sigar, promoting the timeless values of wellness, discipline and holistic well-being.
Conducted amidst the serene surroundings of Arunachal Pradesh, the session focused on enhancing physical fitness, mental resilience and inner harmony through various yogic exercises and breathing techniques. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation and reinforced the importance of Yoga in maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
The initiative forms part of a series of events being organized by the Indian Army ahead of International Yoga Day to spread awareness about the benefits of Yoga and encourage a culture of fitness, mindfulness and harmony with nature.
