Chimpu Police conducts capacity-building session to enhance professional standards

Itanagar, May 31: The Chimpu Police Station conducted a comprehensive capacity-building session for its officers and staff on Sunday, aimed at enhancing professional efficiency and strengthening policing standards.

The session was led by the Officer-in-Charge of Chimpu Police Station, Inspector Neeraj Nishant, and focused on key aspects of modern policing, including professional conduct, effective public dealing, quality investigation practices, proper record maintenance, strict procedural compliance and prompt response to law-and-order situations.

Special emphasis was laid on maintaining discipline, accountability and adopting a citizen-centric approach in day-to-day policing operations.
