YAZALI, Jun 13: In a significant step towards transforming the education landscape of Keyi Panyor district, Yachuli MLA Toko Tatung, along with Vijayan M J, CEO of Keyi Panyor Mission Plan, today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Aneil Deepak, CEO of Ekluvya.
This partnership marks another milestone in the Comprehensive Action Plan for Education (CAPE) envisioned under the Keyi Panyor Mission Plan 2040. The initiative is rooted in the belief that education should never be viewed as a business transaction, but as a powerful instrument of social transformation.
As part of this mission, extensive teacher training programmes were conducted on the 8th and 9th of this month to strengthen educational outcomes and classroom effectiveness. Equally, from the very outset, a key focus of the initiative has been the empowerment and recognition of Anganwadi workers and centres. On the 10th, a dedicated programme was organised to honour, train, and strengthen Anganwadi workers, often among the most neglected yet most important pillars of early childhood care, development, and learning.
Under the leadership of Toko Tatung, these efforts represent a transformative approach to public education, with the vision of making Keyi Panyor a model constituency for educational excellence, equity, and inclusive development.
The MoU will introduce a digital learning platform designed to support both teachers and students. The programme will focus on improving academic outcomes for students from Classes VI to XII, while also providing specialised preparation for competitive examinations such as NEET and JEE.
Importantly, this initiative is being implemented completely free of cost for the people of Keyi Panyor, reflecting a long-term commitment to educational transformation, where every child, every teacher, every Anganwadi worker, and every institution is empowered to achieve excellence and contribute to the future growth and prosperity of the district.
