ITANAGAR, Jul 1: A 21-day Internship Programme on Yoga, Health and Wellness, organized by Seva Bharati Arunachal Pradesh (SBAP), successfully concluded today across its locations in Seppa and Seva Dham, Lekhi village, Naharlagun.
The concluding session at the Seva Dham conference hall in Lekhi commenced with traditional lamp lighting and Omkar chanting.
During the ceremony, the intern students shared their field experiences, highlighting how the 21 days of rigorous training enhanced their understanding of mental peace, physical health, and community service.
A group yoga demonstration was presented by the intern students, led by instructor Mrigendra Gogoi, showcasing the alignment and wellness techniques perfected over the last three weeks.
The program wrapped up with the distribution of internship completion certificates to all 29 registered students at Seva Dham, Lekhi village, Naharlagun.
The organizers congratulated the youth for their dedication and urged them to make yoga a part of daily life.
SBAP general secretary Tai Tugung, vice president Tarh Domte, and executive member Tame Kaku also spoke.
