MP Tai Tagak receives warm welcome after RS oath, donates one month’s salary to BJP

Itanagar, Jul 2: Newly elected Rajya Sabha Member Tai Tagak received a warm welcome from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Arunachal Pradesh, upon his return after attending the oath-taking ceremony as the state's lone representative in the Upper House of Parliament.

Senior BJP leaders, party workers and supporters felicitated Tagak, expressing pride and confidence in his leadership and commitment to serve the people of Arunachal Pradesh at the national level.

Interacting with party karyakartas, Tagak appreciated their efforts in strengthening the organisation across the state. As a gesture of commitment to the party, he contributed one month’s salary in advance to the BJP Arunachal Pradesh unit.

The party leadership lauded the contribution and said Tagak’s presence in the Rajya Sabha would further strengthen Arunachal Pradesh’s voice in Parliament.

Among those present were State BJP general secretary Tadar Niglar, senior party leader Tarh Shoping, vice president Dungoli Libang and other office bearers.
