ITANAGAR, Sep 2: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Wednesday said the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) would take over security duties at Donyi Polo Airport, Hollongi near here.
According to Khandu, CISF Deputy Inspector General Kim is currently in Itanagar in connection with the ongoing process for deployment of CISF personnel at the airport.
The deployment is expected to strengthen security arrangements at Donyi Polo Airport and provide dedicated security cover in accordance with the requirements of a major civil aviation facility.
