West Siang youth urged to participate in Viksit Bharat Quiz 2027

AALO, Sep 5: The Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India, is organizing the 30th National Youth Festival as the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) – 2027, in line with the Prime Minister’s vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.

The initiative seeks to identify and nurture young leaders from every district of the country and to provide them a national platform to articulate their ideas for the development of the nation. The National Dialogue will be held at New Delhi from 10th to 12th January 2027, and the most outstanding ideas may receive the opportunity to be presented before the Prime Minister.

The first stage of the Viksit Bharat Challenge Track is an online quiz, which is presently open and will close on 30th September 2026. The quiz is open to all youth in the age group of 15 to 29 years and can be attempted free of cost on the MY Bharat portal (https://mybharat.gov.in/vbyld-2027) after a simple registration. Participants who qualify through the quiz proceed to the essay round, followed by the District and State level championships, leading up to the National Dialogue in New Delhi. Every participant receives a certificate of participation, and the journey offers our students valuable exposure, recognition and leadership opportunity at the district, State and national levels.

Youth from West Siang, particularly students and young people associated with educational institutions, MY Bharat, NSS and other youth platforms, are encouraged to make use of this opportunity and showcase their ideas and potential.

The MY Bharat, West Siang, in coordination with educational institutions and youth organisations in the district, encourages eligible youth to participate in the initiative and make their voices heard. Young people seeking further information regarding the competition, rules and registration may visit the MY Bharat portal at mybharat.gov.in. (DIPRO)
