Three-day Arunachal Food & Beverage Carnival concludes

ITANAGAR, Sep 8: A three-day Arunachal Food & Beverage Carnival 2026 concluded successfully at the State Banquet Hall here yesterday.

Organized by Mezang Baking Academy in collaboration with the Department of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, the event served as a dynamic platform uniting grassroots food entrepreneurs, home bakers, and aspiring culinary professionals with modern industry practices and market linkages.

Dr Mohesh Chai, Advisor to Minister for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, graced the valedictory function as the chief guest. The function was also attended by officials of the Department of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Industries and Women & Child Development.

Addressing the gathering, Dr Chai emphasized the event’s alignment with the State’s broader economic roadmap, specifically the Arunachal Human Capital and Economic Transformation Vision 2036, which focuses on transforming youth from job seekers into job creators.
