ITANAGAR, Oct 15: Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt Gen (Retd) KT Parnaik on Thursday presented the ‘Land of Rising Sun Plaque for Excellence’ to Pawan Kumar Sain, Commissioner to the Governor, in recognition of his administrative leadership and dedicated service to the institution.
The plaque was presented at Lok Bhavan here as Sain relinquished charge as Commissioner to the Governor.
The Governor commended Sain for his administrative acumen, sound judgement, organisational abilities and result-oriented approach, which significantly contributed to the efficient functioning of the Governor’s Secretariat and its various wings.
He also appreciated Sain’s efforts in maintaining administrative discipline, ensuring effective coordination and facilitating timely decision-making.
Wishing him success in his future assignments, the Governor expressed confidence that Sain would continue to serve with the same professionalism and commitment.
Secretary to the Governor Mamata Riba Naksang and officers of the Governor’s Secretariat were present in the farewell function.
