YINGKIONG, Feb 24: The first phase of training of presiding and polling officers appointed for upcoming general elections 2024 was conducted here on Saturday. A total of 226 officers attended the training, imparted by district level master trainers.
While speaking to the officers, Upper Siang District Election Officer Hage Lailang underscored the importance of role of presiding and polling officers and called upon them to take maximum advantage of the training. He also urged them to read the manuals carefully in order to discharge their duties properly during election. (DIPRO)
