ITANAGAR, Oct 13: The Anggong Society felicitated students who excelled in the last CBSE and other entrance examinations and achievers from its clan during a programme held at Pasighat on October 11 last.
Altogether, five students from class V and two each from classes VIII, X and XII with more than 85 percent marks were felicitated. One Kunung Taboh who cleared the last NEET entrance examination was also felicitated.
The Anggong Society also awarded APPSCCE 2024 achievers Dr Ponung Tasing, Tobang Lego and Agam Komut and herbalist Padmashree awardee Yanung Jamoh Lego.
Speaking on the occasion, AS president Tapang highlighted the society’s continued effort to encourage educational excellence and inspire the younger generation.
