Coordination Meeting Convened at Likabali for Hon’ble Minister’s Visit
LIKABALI, Apr 13: In a preparation for the forthcoming visit of the Minister of State for Corporate Affairs and Road Transport & Highways, Harsh Malhotra to Lower Siang district, a coordination meeting was convened today at the conference hall of the Deputy Commissioner’s office here.
The meeting, chaired by in-charge DC Ainstein Koyu, aimed to ensure seamless coordination and effective preparations for the Union Minister’s proposed visit on April 21 next.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on logistics, security arrangements, infrastructure readiness, and inter-departmental coordination. Emphasis was laid on maintaining efficiency, hospitality, and smooth execution of all official engagements.
Chairing the meeting, Koyu urged all departments to work in close coordination and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. He stressed the importance of collective efforts to uphold the district’s administrative excellence and hospitality.
All HoDs, administrative officers, and representatives from concerned agencies attended the meeting and assured their full cooperation in making the visit successful.
Officials from the Police department and NHIDCL also participated and reviewed their respective responsibilities. (DIPRO)
